Job summary

Prime Group is seeking a Communications Manager in Hollywood, FL to lead property management operations across multiple sites. You will drive reporting, financial analysis, and strategic asset management while aligning teams with a culture of teamwork and integrity.

The role requires a 4-year degree in PM/Business/Hospitality/Finance and 10+ years in multi-site residential management, with strong skills in Yardi 7S, Rent Café, and Excel. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-site multifamily experience with cross-state responsibilities.
• High Rise Residential experience; district or regional oversight preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with Excel, Yardi 7S and financial statements.
• Rent Café experience is a must.
• 4-year college degree in property management, business, management, hospitality or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reporting procedures and timelines are followed for corporate reporting.
• Master Yardi 7S and property- specific integrations.
• Analyze management reports and suggest performance improvements.
• Maintain operations of multiple properties via site visits, inspections and audits.
• Lead asset strategies including repositioning and redevelopment plans.
• Develop plans to lead teams in line with the company culture.
• Analyze financial statements and adjust operations to improve revenue and reduce costs.
• Prepare annual budgets and 3‑year plans to increase operating income.
• Oversee due diligence for onboarding assets and teams.
• Review invoices weekly to monitor spending and avoid late payments.
• Communicate with peers, asset managers and VP to standardize policies.
• Provide positive leadership to District/Community Managers and staff.
• Work side by side with site staff.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, compassion, honesty and respect.
• Manage personnel across properties to gain efficiencies through scale.
• Hire, develop, mentor and grow management and maintenance staff.
