Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager in Olympia, Washington. You will lead property teams, partner with asset management, and drive operational excellence across communities.

You will develop and execute business plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and maintenance teams to deliver superior resident experiences. A strong leadership background and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years regional property management experience.
• Supervisory and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with asset management to prepare annual budgets and re-forecasts.
• Ensure capital improvements are completed on time and within budget.
• Minimize delinquencies and achieve budgeted revenues and occupancy goals.
• Review and approve annual rent increase proposals per regulations.
• Maintain property facilities to company standards.
• Train staff to maintain guest/resident relations and promote events.
• Collaborate with managers to encourage residents to comply with rules and maintain properties.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and build a collaborative team.
• Support sales efforts by aligning sales and operations.
