Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of regional-level property management experience.
• Supervisory and leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and existing auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with asset management to prepare annual budgets and re-forecasts.
• Ensure capital improvements are completed on time and within budget.
• Minimize delinquencies and work toward revenue/occupancy goals.
• Review rent increase proposals and ensure proper distribution per regulations.
• Maintain facilities to company standards and oversee property condition.
• Train staff and promote resident relations through clear communication.
