NRP Group in Florida seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee the Market Rate Florida Portfolio, reporting to the Regional VP of Property Management. You will lead Community Managers and maintenance staff to ensure strong operations and financial performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, asset planning, vendor management, compliance, and consistent communication with senior leadership to align on goals and improvements across the portfolio.

• Experience leading multiple property teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial targets.
• Strong awareness of asset planning and compliance.
