Job summary

Gates Hudson is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties in the Arlington area. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while delivering excellent client and resident experiences.

You will collaborate with owners, corporate teams, and external vendors to optimize occupancy, NOI, and property performance. A strong background in LIHTC/HUD/Section 8 and Yardi/RealPage is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in property management, multi-site experience.
• Experience with LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8.
• Proficient with Yardi/RealPage or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership, coaching, and support to on-site teams.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for each property.
• Conduct bi-monthly property inspections to ensure curb appeal and compliance.
• Present performance results to ownership and suggest NOI improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.
