Job Description SummaryThis role oversees the performance and profitability of a regional property portfolio, develops management strategies, ensures tenant satisfaction, and collaborates with stakeholders to stay ahead of market trends.
Job ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES include ensuring operational, financial, and performance goals are met, managing budgets, reporting, maintaining tenant relations, overseeing maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting market research.
Basic Knowledge & QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Real Estate or related fields preferred, with proven leadership experience managing diverse properties, proficiency in property management software (Yardi, Real Page), strong financial and communication skills, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Specialized SkillsReal estate license and industry certifications are preferred.
Salary range: $115,000 - $125,000.
Additional CompensationIncludes bonuses based on performance, and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, parental leave, and more.
