Job Description Summary
This role oversees the performance and profitability of a regional property portfolio, develops management strategies, ensures tenant satisfaction, and collaborates with stakeholders to stay ahead of market trends.

Job Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include ensuring operational, financial, and performance goals are met, managing budgets, reporting, maintaining tenant relations, overseeing maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting market research.

Basic Knowledge & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Real Estate or related fields preferred, with proven leadership experience managing diverse properties, proficiency in property management software (Yardi, Real Page), strong financial and communication skills, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Specialized Skills
Real estate license and industry certifications are preferred.

Salary range: $115,000 - $125,000.

Additional Compensation
Includes bonuses based on performance, and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, parental leave, and more.
