Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operating and financial performance of properties in the assigned portfolio. You will direct staff and resources to hit fiscal goals while maintaining property condition and resident satisfaction.

Role requires budget acumen, contract oversight, and coordination with asset management. The company offers comprehensive benefits and an incentive potential, with a compensation range of $120,000–$130,000 plus variable pay.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• 5+ years management experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing principles.
• LIHTC & New Build Lease-Up experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of property operations within the portfolio to meet fiscal goals.
• Develop and monitor operating and renovation budgets for each community.
• Analyze monthly operating statements and prepare variance summaries.
• Supervise contracts, repairs, and on-site expenses with authority limits.
• Coordinate capital expenditures with regional leadership and asset management.
• Staff optimization to maximize net income and resident satisfaction.
