Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple properties and their onsite teams. We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded person who enjoys building relationships with their team and customers. This position will be based in and support assets in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the financial performance of the property
• Maintain the physical integrity of assigned communities
• Frequently visit and inspect sites
• Prepare owner reporting packages including budgets, business plans, marketing strategies, and monthly owner reports
• Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance, rent variations, and maintain market intelligence
• Communicate pertinent information and primary issues with ownership
• Ensure compliance with Willow Bridge policies
• Review and inspect all capital replacement plans
• Ensure adherence to all government regulations including Fair Housing, EEO, ADA, OSHA, and liability considerations
• Recruit and retain site employees, ensure training benchmarks are met
• Monitor marketing plans and make adjustments as necessary
• Oversee resident relations and social media objectives
• Supervise all aspects of lease-up efforts
• Review leasing and occupancy activity to meet budget and proforma expectations
• Review and approve resident retention and renewal programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and industry certifications preferred
• Experience with high-rise, lease-up, and new construction properties required
• CPM or CPM candidacy preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-site supervisory role
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with property management software (Yardi preferred)
