About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple Independent Living communities (55+). This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents.
The Regional Property Manager will ideally live in Northern VA or Southern Pennsylvania and will ideally have multifamily background. Must be open to travel.
Focus:
1. Occupancy – build and create revenue.
2. Labor management –Make sure the labor is in line.
3. Train and develop the managers to be leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide multi-site oversight and operational leadership for Independent Living communities.
• Engage directly with residents and staff, fostering a vibrant and supportive community culture.
• Make decisions rooted in the best interests of residents while balancing operational needs.
• Ensure each community aligns with company standards and goals.
• Travel extensively to visit and support communities on a daily basis.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Independent Living or multi-family property management.
• Multi-site oversight experience is required.
• Strong passion for and commitment to the senior living industry.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to actively engage with residents and staff.
