Position Summary

The Regional Property Manager will oversee the performance of a multi-site portfolio, ensuring strong financial results, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction. This leadership role requires expertise in property management, team development, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the assigned region.

• Lead and support property managers and on-site teams to achieve performance goals.

• Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure rent collection targets are met.

• Conduct regular property visits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue growth, and asset value.

• Oversee capital improvement projects, maintenance programs, and vendor contracts.

• Serve as the escalation point for tenant concerns and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and execute opportunities for portfolio growth.

• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for regional staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

• 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site or regional management.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, or similar).

• Ability to travel within the region as required.
