Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead a multi-property portfolio across markets, owning performance and developing a capable team of Property Managers and Senior Property Managers.

You will manage ownership relationships, drive NOI, occupancy, and budget discipline, and ensure reporting, compliance, and capital planning across assets to protect owner value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Direct accountability for financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading regional or multi-site teams preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with NOI, budget variance analysis, delinquency management, and ownership reporting.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of site-level managers.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own NOI performance, occupancy, delinquency, and budget outcomes across all properties in the portfolio.
• Conduct regular financial reviews with Property Managers and Senior PMs, driving corrective action as needed.
• Review and approve monthly owner reports for accuracy and clarity.
• Monitor leasing performance, renewal rates, and revenue trends; intervene early when indicators shift.
• Partner with ownership on annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
