Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates in Phoenix seeks a Regional Property Manager to own the financial and operational performance of a multi-property portfolio. You will lead Property Managers and Senior PMs and maintain strong ownership relationships.

Key duties include P&L accountability for 8–15 properties, budgeting and forecasting, owner reporting, leasing oversight, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Direct accountability for financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading multiple sites or regions preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, NOI, budget variance, and ownership reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ownership relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L accountability for a portfolio of 8–15 properties.
• Lead and develop Property Managers and Senior PMs.
• Report portfolio performance to ownership and leadership.
• Monitor leasing, occupancy, delinquency, and revenue trends.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
