Job summary

Winfield Property Management seeks a Regional Director for the OKC market. You will oversee Property Managers and site teams, resolve personnel and residential issues, and drive income while controlling expenses.

Responsible for budgets, reports, and overall operations across the region. You will lead, coach, and align managers toward performance goals, enforce policies, manage capital projects, and communicate with owners and vendors.

• Experience leading property management teams and regional operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, reports, and site-level performance.
• Strong communication with owners, tenants, vendors, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Property Managers and site teams.
• Oversee site budgets, reports, and capital projects.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage emergencies.
• Coordinate weekly manager meetings and site operations.
• Recruit, hire, and train regional property management staff.
