Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily real estate tasks for Publix properties and track repairs.
• Liaise with RPM, landlords, tenants, and customers on lease and maintenance issues.
• Review documents from legal and route for final approvals.
• Assist management with additional admin duties and due-diligence reviews.
