Grantek is seeking a Project Manager to lead critical automation and manufacturing projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will apply Grantek PM methodologies to drive scope, schedule, and budget while delivering high-quality results for premier clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership, mentoring teammates, and maintaining exceptional client experiences. Eastern PA/NJ/DE/MD/VA travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship in a project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle using Grantek PM Methodology.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams.
• Mentor team members to enhance project outcomes.
• Monitor performance against scorecard metrics and ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Maintain stakeholder satisfaction with exceptional client service.
