Grantek in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to close using Grantek's Project Management Methodology. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and maintain high quality while fostering collaboration.

The role requires a technical degree, 5+ years of project lifecycle experience, and willingness to travel up to 30%. You will report to one of Grantek's offices in Allentown, PA or Richmond, VA and mentor team

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related technical degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project controls, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience in a project-based environment.
• Candidate must be located in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or central Virginia.
• Travel up to 30% across the region (PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, VA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, control, and closing projects.
• Lead and cultivate project teams, fostering collaboration toward successful outcomes.
• Provide mentorship to team members, equipping them with skills and insights.
• Monitor performance against scorecard metrics and ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Maintain stakeholder satisfaction, delivering exceptional service to clients and teams.
• Mentor project resources and conduct regular review meetings to remove obstacles.
• Develop and promote a positive, engaging, and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Leadership to support execution and objectives.
• Drive accountability, communication, and alignment among stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices.
