Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Project Management experience within heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing self-performed construction operations and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage self-performed scopes including underground utilities, earthwork, grading, and site development.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk plans.
• Monitor productivity and costs against budgets and schedules.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with clients, engineers, and vendors.
