Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing projects $500K to $30M.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee underground utility installation including water, sewer, storm drainage, and duct banks.
• Lead concrete, earthwork, and site development scopes on large-scale infra projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients.
• Manage contracts, change orders, billing, cost reporting, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
• Promote a safety-first culture with OSHA compliance and quality standards.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication.
• Mentor project engineers and support growth of project teams.
