Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Manager based in the United States to support Regional Project Managers and drive timely project delivery across designated regions. This role offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible work arrangements, paid time off, and retirement plans.

The projected pay range is USD 86,400 to 129,600 per year, with base pay plus short-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years relevant product and functional experience
• Outstanding organization and communication skills
• Excellent written & presentation skills
• Working knowledge of control circuits, emergency power systems, and standards
• Scheduling, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
• Team oriented; able to work in a team
• BSEE or BSME or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and SharePoint
• Proficiency in ASCO order entry systems (JDE) and Synergy a plus
• Proficiency in Visio and Adept for engineering drawings

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all projects within geographic areas of responsibility
• Facilitate order entry, review, submittal packages and kickoff meetings
• Disseminate notes and action items from meetings
• Communicate between ASCO HQ, production facilities, and field organization
• Support project life cycle: orders, changes, status, and startup
• Ensure documentation reflects defined project scope
