Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking a Regional Project Lead to drive clinical trial delivery across multiple countries. You will mentor project teams, partner with PMs, CRAs, sponsors, and cross-functional groups to ensure high-quality studies.

You should have prior Clinical Research and on-site monitoring experience, with leadership capabilities in Oncology or Gastroenterology programs, and strong English communication skills. See opportunities for growth and flexible collaboration within a global CRO.

Qualifications

• College/university degree in Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Prior experience in Clinical Research with on-site monitoring.
• Experience as a Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager with regional lead responsibilities.
• Therapeutic expertise in Oncology and/or Gastroenterology.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office (including MS Project).
• Strong communication, presentation and customer-service skills.
• Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels.
• Leadership, team building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage projects per ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.
• Serve as PM contact for project team and PSI support in designated countries.
• Review study status and progress; report updates for regions.
• Develop and update planning documents and essential study documents.
• Manage KPIs for designated countries and team members.
• Coordinate site startup, budget negotiations, and regulatory submissions.
• Oversee site visits, monitoring, audits, and data capture processes.
• Ensure training compliance and performance within the team.
