Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking a Regional Project Lead to drive delivery of clinical trials across multiple countries in the United States. You will partner with Project Managers, CRAs, sponsors and cross-functional teams to mentor project staff while upholding quality standards.

The role requires prior Clinical Trial Manager experience, oncology or gastroenterology expertise, and full English proficiency. Flexible working arrangements are offered, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in Clinical Research and independent on-site monitoring.
• Experience as Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager supervising regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure planning, implementation and management of trials per ICH-GCP and regulatory documents.
• Serve as primary/secondary PM contact for project team and PSI support in designated countries.
• Develop and update project plans and essential study documents.
