Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking an experienced Regional Project Lead to drive successful delivery of clinical trials across multiple countries. You will partner with Project Managers, CRAs, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure studies run efficiently while mentoring project teams and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Prior experience in Clinical Research and independent on-site monitoring.
• Experience as a Study Manager/Clinical Trial Manager with supervisory responsibilities.
• Therapeutic expertise in Oncology and/or Gastroenterology.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Ensures planning, implementation, and management of projects in compliance with ICH-GCP and study documents.
• Acts as primary/secondary project management contact for project team across designated countries.
• Monitors study status, progress reporting, and KPI tracking for regions.
• Coordinates site start-up, budget negotiations, and regulatory submissions.
• Oversees site monitoring activities, visits, and data quality across regions.
