Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and clinical research.
• 5+ years industry experience in clinical research.
• At least 2 years recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage small projects (<5 countries) with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as regional lead/co-manager on complex international projects.
• Promote delivery and service principles with PSI customers.
• Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Train and mentor Lead CRAs, Senior CRAs, CRAs, PCAs and SMAs.
