Job summary

HMSHost Corporation is seeking a Project Director to provide oversight and construction management for restaurant and retail development projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

You will lead field activities, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and supervise internal and external teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, traveling up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced project management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Experience design/build management in hospitality/retail.
• Knowledge of CAD, estimating, and project scheduling.
• Understanding building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees field construction activities and coordinates with contractors and vendors.
• Leads external architecture/engineering consultants through approvals.
• Manages submittals, approvals, and change orders within budget.
• Coordinates with Estimating and Design teams on project estimates.
