Qualifications

• Over 10 years combined education and professional experience in finance
• Experience leading finance teams
• Strong background in capital planning and analysis

Responsibilities

• Directs financial modeling, recommendations, post audits, and CapEx reports
• Identifies and evaluates development opportunities in large accounts
• Oversees the Business Case review process for regional investment decisions
• Negotiates with landlords and potential business partners
• Oversees CapEx/OpEx budgets and funding setups
• Provides regular updates to the Opportunity Pipeline for future projects
