Responsabilidades

• Manage Project Schedules: Oversee campaign timelines, track deliverable benchmarks, archive project assets, and keep milestone logs updated.
• Coordinate Communications: Serve as a point of contact for department leads, vendor partners, and field project teams.
• Maintain Operations: Track resource availability, resolve daily scheduling bottlenecks, and restock campaign project materials.
• Support Team Syncs: Prepare project agendas, document key action items during morning briefings, and track follow-up tasks.
