Somfy is seeking a Project Business Manager for the Commercial & Residential Market, overseeing the project business team across Hungary, the Baltics, the Balkans and Romania. You will own regional performance, drive key projects, and grow partnerships with architects and developers to secure Somfy solutions in early design stages.

The role reports to the HBBR Business Unit Manager and requires fluent English and Romanian, with regular travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 5+ years in sales management including 3+ years leading remote multi-country teams.
• Experience managing regional business with sales, margin and budget responsibility.
• Knowledge of building technologies and construction market.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English and Romanian; willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of regional performance: sales, growth, margin, pipeline, forecasting and budget.
• Lead and develop a team of project business professionals across HBBR countries.
• Shape and implement regional Project Business strategy with clear country priorities.
• Drive hands-on project development and support key stakeholder meetings.
• Build networks with architects, developers, design offices and construction firms.
• Collaborate with Channel Leader, KAMs, Tech Support and Marketing.
• Maintain sales excellence via CRM and new tools; represent Somfy at events.
