Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of training or experience, or a BA/BS in a related field with demonstrated management experience.
• Experience with budget planning and monitoring.
• Experience in program development, analysis and evaluation, with diverse populations.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required in some locations.

Aufgaben

• Determine client eligibility through interviewing program participants.
• Monitor and maintain complete and accurate records and files on all participants.
• Compile, interpret, and submit field office data in a timely manner.
• Provide coaching, support, and feedback to staff and volunteers.
• Disseminate program information to service agencies.
• Ensure quality job placements and retention through reviews with employers and participants.
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Collaborate with agency reps, community groups and area employers.
• Coordinate with staff to meet program goals within budget.
• Conduct case management and staff meetings; develop improvement plans.
• Recommend multi-program actions to supervisor; develop goals and budgets.
• Supervise up to 7 employees; promote inclusive practices.
• Advocate for PathStone participants.
