Job summary

Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is hiring for a Program Monitor/Regional Coordinator to strengthen early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. You will support providers, monitor programs, report data, and offer technical assistance to ensure timely, coordinated services for families.

The role focuses on coordinating data reporting, provider networks, and outreach initiatives within the Office of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

Qualifications

Five years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs.
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus two years in related programs.
A bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience in related programs.
An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate plus one year in related programs.

Responsibilities

Collects, analyzes, and reports data for the State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) and other reporting requirements.
Conducts fiscal and programmatic monitoring to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, contractual requirements, and program standards.
Coordinates provider recruitment and enrollment activities to support program participation and expand service availability.
Provides regional support and technical assistance to providers and families, including coordination of Child Find activities and dispute resolution.
