Job summary

Arc is seeking Program Leaders at Large to support programs across the Greater San Diego Area. You’ll work with youth across different age groups, visit multiple program sites, and join teams to provide supplemental leadership when needed.

The role offers $23/hour, up to 25 hours per week, five days a week on a Program Leader schedule including prep time. Opportunities to gain leadership experience and build relationships quickly while maintaining student safety.
