Job summary

arc After School and Experiential Education is seeking Program Leaders to support across the Greater San Diego Area. You will work up to 25 hours weekly, earn $23/hour, and join a rotating schedule across multiple sites and age groups.

In this role you’ll create engaging activities, manage behaviors, and ensure student safety while building quick relationships with youth and teams. This position offers growth toward leadership responsibilities within ARC.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in program settings.
• Ability to adapt to different sites and age groups.
• Strong safety awareness and active supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Jump into a new environment and start contributing immediately.
• Create engaging programs and effectively manage behaviors.
• Maintain student safety and provide active supervision at all times.
• Build relationships quickly with youth and teams.
