Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, youth development, or education required.
• 4–8 years of direct experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
• Experience with CIS Model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership to ensure CIS programs are implemented with fidelity and support students, families, and schools.
• Supervise and coach program managers; oversee budgets and program metrics.
• Manage program data systems and quarterly reports; ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with school and district leaders and community partners.
• Support statewide program strategy and professional development; represent CIS in communities.
