Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provide in-depth knowledge and support to internal teams and stakeholders for assigned portfolios.
2. Develop effective product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. Support the creation of portfolio marketing content tailored to customer segments, and with insights to ensure active demand generation.
4. Deliver key market insights and portfolio analysis to global teams, shaping long-term growth and innovation strategies.
5. Execute Go-to-Market strategies and regional growth plans, including new product launches and market share expansion.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, enhancing customer experience and business impact.
7. Manage regional product data, reporting, and insights to support decision-making and business growth.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3–5 years in product marketing or product management within B2B portfolios, preferably in a regional capacity.
3. Skills:
   1. Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans.
   2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
   3. Proactive, independent, and results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
   4. Highly organized and detail-focused, with strong project management capabilities.
   5. Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic business priorities.
