Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide in-depth knowledge and support to internal teams and stakeholders for assigned portfolios.
  2. Develop effective product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Support the creation of portfolio marketing content tailored to customer segments, and with insights to ensure active demand generation.
  4. Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competition to shape product strategy and positioning.
  5. Execute Go-to-Market strategies and regional growth plans, including new product launches and market share expansion.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, enhancing customer experience and business impact.
  7. Manage regional product data, reporting, and insights to support decision-making and business growth.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, science, business, food technology, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years in product marketing or product management within B2B portfolios, preferably in a regional capacity.
  3. Skills:
    1. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop, execute, and refine effective strategies.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    3. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
    4. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven project management capabilities.
