Job summary

Trucco, Inc., part of Orsero Group, seeks an Account Manager to own and grow key customer relationships across the Southeast and West Coast. You will lead pricing, engage with buyers and category managers, and coordinate with two Account Coordinators who handle day-to-day orders.

You will travel regularly to visit customers, present at meetings, and drive seasonal programs while achieving defined revenue and margin goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management or sales experience in fresh produce.
• Key account experience with chain retail, wholesale, or foodservice customers in the Southeast and/or on the West Coast.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with key accounts and drive long-term growth.
• Build customer pricing based on market conditions and margins.
• Prepare RFP/RFQ responses with procurement and leadership.
• Inform customers on origin transitions, volumes, and timing for promotions.
• Travel regularly to meet customers, lead meetings, and attend trade shows.
• Set volume, revenue and margin goals and track progress.
