Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, category management, or consulting.
• Demonstrated strength in negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted regional procurement partner to business leaders, guiding sourcing strategy, governance and risk decisions.
• Execute global procurement strategy with a regional lens.
• Negotiate costs, lead commercial negotiations and ensure contract compliance.
• Own end-to-end supplier management lifecycle and mitigate risks.
• Drive cost savings initiatives and maintain regional forecasts and savings.
