Job summary

Apex Service Partners is seeking a Regional Procurement Operations Manager to lead the Midwest region, partnering with Market Area Presidents and General Managers to drive procurement excellence and supplier relationships.

The role focuses on identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and scaling procurement processes across multiple locations to support business growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement, supply chain, operations, or vendor management experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate supplier agreements and deliver cost improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi-location environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with purchasing, ERP, or procurement systems; ServiceTitan and/or Coupa a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a region-wide procurement and operational support team.
• Translate national initiatives into regional strategies and actionable plans.
• Support integration of newly acquired businesses.
• Collaborate to improve procurement processes and operational consistency.
• Establish best practices for field operations, inventory, and warehouse efficiency.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and supplier contracts to deliver cost savings.
• Monitor spending trends and supplier performance; drive improvements.
• Partner with Finance to track rebates and procurement performance.
