This high-visibility role focuses on supplier partnerships, inventory and warehouse optimization, onboarding of new acquisitions, and scalable procurement processes that align with regional goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven cost-improvement through supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi-location environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional procurement and operations team across the Midwest.
• Translate national initiatives into regional plans for local operating companies.
• Support onboarding for newly acquired businesses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.
• Establish best practices for inventory, warehouse operations, and field readiness.
