Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Manager Region Procurement to oversee a procurement team and regional inventory for our Parts Super Center in Indianapolis, IN. This role emphasizes inventory control, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration with Branches and distribution centers.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in professional purchasing, supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional purchasing/buying experience in the Electrical Distribution Industry.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; broad procurement knowledge is expected.
• Strong data analytics and Excel skills to manage inventory and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a procurement team for an assigned region.
• Monitor inventory, obsolescence, and related KPIs for Branch/DC locations.
• Review and update replenishment data and lead times in Eclipse.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements and communicate inventory goals and changes.
• Prepare and present inventory management reports to leadership.
• Communicate proactively with Branches/DCs regarding issues and initiatives.
• Support supplier review processes and stock negotiations as needed.
