Job summary

Based in Dallas, Texas or Houston, Mattr seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Governance to lead enterprise sourcing governance, supplier lifecycle, and regulatory risk across global supply chains in a hybrid role. You will partner with Procurement, Legal, and Compliance to implement governance standards, develop policies, and provide enterprise risk insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Law, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, compliance, or governance roles.
• Experience implementing enterprise governance frameworks or risk management programs.
• Strong governance and risk management mindset; ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise sourcing governance framework.
• Establish cross-business unit coordination to improve visibility and accountability in sourcing.
• Develop governance structures, decision rights, and escalation protocols for sourcing risk.
• Provide strategic analysis and reporting to senior leadership on risk and governance.
