Minuteman Press International is seeking a Print Production Specialist to support and coach franchise owners in and around the San Fernando Valley. This consulting role focuses on improving profitability, operations, and customer growth, rather than direct production work.

You’ll analyze workflows, advise on print production processes, and mentor staff while traveling to local franchises as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial or digital printing.
• Graphic design experience and strong print shop knowledge.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps and Fiery Command Workstation.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Print Production & Business Consultant / Regional Field Support

• $55,000 – $60,000 Base + Performance Bonus
• Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Overview

Are you experienced in printing, graphic design, or print production and ready to step out of the shop and into a more strategic, consulting and support role?

Minuteman Press International is looking for a Print Production Specialist to support and coach franchise owners in and around the San Fernando Valley. In this role, you’ll use your industry expertise to help business owners increase profitability, improve operations, and grow their customer base.

This is a consulting and advisory role—not a production or inside sales position.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Support Representative, you will partner with franchise owners to:

• Improve sales performance and business profitability.
• Identify opportunities for growth and customer acquisition.

• Support print production processes and efficiency.
• Provide guidance on equipment utilization and shop performance.

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in:
• Commercial or digital printing.
• Graphic design.
• Strong understanding of print shop operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Fiery Command Workstation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Experience

• Print shop management or supervisory experience.

Print Shop Manager, Production Manager, Graphic Designer, Print Specialist, CSR, Sales Rep (Printing/Marketing Services).
