Job summary

Minuteman Press International is seeking a Print Production Specialist to support and coach franchise owners in and around the New England Region. This field-based role focuses on consulting, growth strategies, and operational improvements to boost profitability while avoiding daily production work.

You’ll travel regionally to advise on print production, design, and shop performance, building long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or digital printing.
• Graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of print shop operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Fiery Command Workstation.

• $55,000 – $60,000 Base + Performance Bonus
• Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Overview

Are you experienced in printing, graphic design, or print production and ready to step out of the shop and into a more strategic, consulting and support role?

Minuteman Press International is looking for a Print Production Specialist to support and coach franchise owners in and around the New England Region. In this role, you’ll use your industry expertise to help business owners increase profitability, improve operations, and grow their customer base.

This is a consulting and advisory role—not a production or inside sales position.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Support Representative, you will partner with franchise owners to:

Who We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in:
• Commercial or digital printing.
• Graphic design.
• Strong understanding of print shop operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Fiery Command Workstation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Experience

• Print shop management or supervisory experience.
