Minuteman Press International is seeking a Print Production Specialist to support and coach franchise owners in and around the Atlanta Region. This is a consulting and advisory role, not a production position, with a focus on profitability, operations, and growth.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance, on-site visits, and strengthening relationships as a trusted business advisor while working full-time, Monday–Friday, with local travel expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or digital printing, graphic design, or print production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Fiery Command Workstation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach franchise owners in the Atlanta Region.
• Improve sales performance and profitability for client businesses.
• Identify growth opportunities and customer acquisition strategies.
• Analyze workflows and recommend oper­ational improvements.
• Provide guidance on print production processes and equipment utilization.
• Train and mentor owners and staff on best practices.
• Conduct regular on-site visits in the region.
