Qualifications

BS in Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years in operations/industrial engineering roles.
Experience in chocolate product areas or similar.
Strong analytical and change-management capabilities.
Proven track record in efficiency and project management.
Experience in cross-functional supply chain and innovation management.
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

Innovation Management: act as primary supply representative for designated brand platforms and integrate requirements early in product lifecycle.
Capital Management: approve CapEx proposals targeting capacity, asset health, and brand initiatives across lines.
Supply Strategy: lead long-term capacity planning, design sourcing strategies, and model financial impact of initiatives.
Tactical Supply Execution: establish cross-site communication, manage capabilities registry, and identify bottlenecks for capacity optimization.
Supply & Technical Leadership: provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to site IEs and engineers.
