Ensemble Health Partners in Minneapolis is seeking a Director of Regional Practice to lead physician practice operations and revenue cycle improvements across a portfolio of ambulatory and physician practices. Travel up to 75% in the field, with onsite client work in the Minneapolis area.

Qualifications

• Deep physician practice revenue cycle expertise across patient access, denials, and cash.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive change without direct authority.
• Data-driven mindset with root-cause analysis and sustainable improvements.
• Experience within large, integrated healthcare systems or multi-site physician groups.
• Experience leading physician practice operations as a Practice Manager or Director.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

This highly visible leadership role combines revenue cycle expertise, operational consulting, and executive influence to help healthcare organizations achieve meaningful financial and performance improvements. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician practice operations leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing change without direct authority, and delivering measurable results in the field.

Qualifications

• Deep physician practice revenue cycle expertise, including patient access, denials, point-of-service collections, cash performance, and revenue cycle optimization.
• Proven ability to influence leaders, drive behavior change, and improve performance without direct reporting authority.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable operational improvements.
• Experience working within large, integrated healthcare systems or multi-site physician groups.
• Experience leading physician practice operations as a Practice Manager, Practice Director, or similar operational leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

Salary

This position pays between: $120,000- $165,000
