The Regional Practice Director drives both short- and long-term organizational growth by influencing revenue cycle performance across a portfolio of ambulatory and physician practices within an assigned region. This role provides hands‑on regional leadership focused on standardization, continuous improvement, and alignment to revenue cycle best practices in partnership with clinical, revenue cycle, and technology stakeholders. This position requires a strong onsite presence (approximately 75% travel) within South Florida to support regional practices and ensure consistent execution and performance outcomes.
