Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Portfolio Project Engineer within Central Resources for Gas Services North America to drive engineering execution and digital modernization across the regional portfolio.

You will partner with Central Operations and Field Service teams to align schedules, resources, and priorities, reviewing risks and milestones, and improving forecasting and decision-making through data analytics and AI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
5+ years in project engineering, technical project management, or service operations in energy/power.
Knowledge of gas turbines or power generation technology and portfolio management.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred; Agile/Waterfall experience is expected.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Central Operations and Field Service to optimize resource deployment.
Use forecasting and data analytics to anticipate regional demand and balance portfolio.
Develop contingency plans for business continuity across outage schedules.
Standardize engineering workflows and digital tools to improve efficiency.
Integrate AI and automation into project-management workflows for reporting and governance.
Manage schedules, milestones, risk assessments, and post-project reviews.
