Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% within the region and maintain licenses in the employed state.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required.
• Prepare reporting and analytics on facility operations.
• Keep contractor licenses up to date and in good standing.
• Participate in training and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as required by codes.
