Responsibilities

• Guide and direct service departments for Housekeeping and Plant Operations.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, staffing, and compliance.

• Lead strategic planning and staff development across communities.
• Manage vendor relationships and monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate site visits and evaluations with regional teams.
