Job summary

CHEP is seeking an experienced Plant/Site Leader to drive performance across safety, quality, and cost. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage a full plant P&L, and execute 90-day plans to align with network priorities. Occasional relocations and 75% travel within the U.S. may be required.

The role demands strong leadership, Lean expertise, and a proven track record in turning around underperforming sites while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years’ experience in Plant/Site Leader roles in manufacturing or similar production environment.
  • Experience leading high performing teams with proven turnaround capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and strongly valued.
